Live Chat Isn't Working

from Sullen on 10/09/2018 03:35 AMI click on Live Chat > then click on The Lobby and a new pop up comes up that says "Connecting .." and it just sits there ~.~ I've fiddled with my browser settings in IE, Edge and Chrome but it's like this in all my browsers.. Thank you for checking into this~~ :)
